East Midlands Carbon Management Programme

In Leicestershire and Lincolnshire where the commitments are to NI185 (CO2 reductions from LA operations), East Midlands Improvement and Efficiency Partnership has sponsored the Carbon Trust to pilot an East Midlands Carbon Management Programme. If this is successful in helping the councils to plan reductions in their corporate emissions funding is in place to offer the programme to districts in Derbyshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire.
