Communities and Local Government Department (CLG) have provided £950,000 for an East Midlands Skills Programme.  As part of a national programme, all English regions received a similar amount.  More detail can be found in the following flyer: Climate East Midlands Skills Programme

The Skills Programme builds on the Climate Change Best Practice programme, which was funded by the Department for Rural Affairs (Defra) and the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC), and which was completed in March 2011.  Prior to the Skills Programme, the projects we undertook were informed by our Regional Programme of Action (PoA) 2009 - 11, which was launched by former Environment Secretary Hilary Benn MP in February 2009.

Some of the projects Climate East Midlands is currently running are funded by Defra.  A full list of the projects we are involved in can be found on the righthand side of this page.
