Energy Saving Trust 1-2-1

In Northamptonshire, which is committed to NI186 (per capita reductions in CO2 reductions in the LA area) the Energy Saving Trust, sponsored by East Midlands Councils, has launched a cut down version of its 1-2-1 programme with the focus on reducing emissions from the domestic sector.
